1. How can I get information after I have paid
for the shoes ?
We will e-mail the tracking number of the express company to you as soon as we
receive the tracking number.
2. When and how can I check on my order
status?
Normaly, after 3days you can trace your package(s).
3. How do I contact you if I have a question?
We prefer to be contacted by email(see contact us) or via MSN.
4. How long will it take to receive my shoes?
It usually, on average, takes 7 business days to receive your order.
Sometimes the shoes are delivered faster.
Please note that business days do not include holidays or weekends.
5. Do you ship to International locations (any
country other than USA and Europe)?
Yes. We currently ship to many international locations.
6. Can you reserve a shoe for me until I can pay for it?
Yes ofcourse, the only thing you have to do is to confirm it by e-mail and we
will keep them for you for
one week. However, after one week, if we haven't received your payment, we will
sell it further to someone else.
